Every person should have access to stable housing.

Habitat for Humanity provides a unique opportunity for hardworking families to help build and buy their own homes. We work with lenders approved by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to provide our homebuyers with an affordable mortgage. If the homebuyer cannot secure a mortgage for the full price of the home, Habitat for Humanity provides financing for the remaining amount.
