Located in North Bend, WA, these homes are slated to be built and you could be one of the first new homeowners! The homes are conveniently located near various parks including William Henry Taylor Park, Torguson Park, Riverfront Park, Si View Park and EJ Roberts Park. Within a short distance, there are a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. The homes also have access to multiple bus routes within a few block radius. There are numerous public, charter, and private school options nearby.

North Bend Applications

Thank you for your interest in our North Bend development. Before you apply please make sure you have done the following steps:

1. Reviewed our selection criteria and make sure you qualify

2. Get a preapproval letter, a requirement of the program. Be sure to give your lender the “North Bend Lender Letter.”

3. Watch our Homeownership video if you have not already.

4. Fill out and upload the below documents to the application.

  • Pre-Approval Letter from an approved lender
  • Identification documents for applicant and co-applicant ; one photo ID (Driver’s License/Passport/Residency Card) or two forms of supplemental ID (such as a birth certificate or social security card).
  • Proof of Applicant’s US citizenship/residency
  • 2 months’ most recent pay stubs for all household members
  • Copies of completed and signed tax returns for the last two years with W-2’s and/or 1099’s for all household members
  • Certified Copies of current year to date profit and loss statement or current year-to-date receivables receipts. (If self-employed)
  • Current 3 months’ bank statements for all household members
  • Current Award letters for SSI, Social Security, SSDI, TANF, or other public assistance.
  • Child support (OPTIONAL) or alimony payment records
  • Divorce decree/legal separation/child support documents (if applicable)
  • Proof of assets (401k, stocks, bonds, IRA) for all household members

There is a credit fee you must pay at the end through a separate link. This link can be found at the end of the application and in the confirmation email. The fee is:

  • $40 for an applicant
  • $60 for an applicant and co-applicant

You can save and return to your application at any time. Applications with accompanying documents will be due June 30th.

Lake City II Applications

Thank you for your interest in our Lake City development. These homes will be selected by pool selection and applications are due on April 15th. Before you apply please make sure you have done the following steps:

1. Reviewed our selection criteria and make sure you qualify

2. Get a preapproval letter, a requirement of the program. For a Lake City unit you need a preapproval that is greater then or equal to $285,000. Be sure to give your lender the “Lake City Lender Letter.”

3. Watch our Homeownership video if you have not already.

4. Fill out and upload the below documents to the application.

  • Pre-Approval Letter from an approved lender
  • Identification documents on all household members; one photo ID (Driver’s License/Passport/Residency Card) or two forms of supplemental ID (such as a birth certificate or social security card) for all household members.

Loyal Heights – Copper Pines

Located in the Loyal Heights neighborhood of Seattle, this project will give seven families a place to live in an area with high opportunity. The land was donated by the City of Seattle as part of Mayor Durkan’s Housing Seattle Now Initiative. Through Habitat’s homeownership model, seven homes will be constructed for low-income families under 80% of the Area Median Income. These homes will meet green building criteria for sustainability and be designed and constructed to ensure healthy, low-cost maintenance homes.
