South Park Applications

Thank you for your interest in our South Park development. These homes will be selected on a first-come-first-serve basis. Before you apply please make sure you have done the following steps.

1. Reviewed our selection criteria and make sure you qualify

2. Start the process to get a preapproval letter. Be sure to give your lender the “South Park Lender Letter.”

For your lender:

3. Watch our Homeownership video if you have not already.

4. Fill out application and upload documents. Please upload scans of these documents and include all pages, even if they are blank.

Required documents:

  • Pre-Approval Letter from a WSHFC lender
  • Identification documents for applicant and co-applicant; one photo ID (Driver’s License/Passport/Residency Card) or two forms of supplemental ID (such as a birth certificate or social security card)
  • Proof of applicant’s US citizenship/residency
  • 3 most recent pay stubs for all household members
  • Most recent 2 years of tax returns (With all forms, schedules, and corresponding W2s and/or 1099s)
  • Certified Copies of current year to date profit and loss statement or current year-to-date receivables receipts. (If self-employed)
  • Current past month’s bank statements for all household members
  • Current Award letters for SSI, Social Security, SSDI, TANF, or other public assistance.
  • Child support (OPTIONAL) or alimony payment records
  • Divorce decree/legal separation/child support documents (if applicable)
  • Proof of assets (401k, stocks, bonds, IRA) for all household members

Located in the South Delridge neighborhood of Seattle, these homes are slated to be built and you could be one of the first new homeowners! The homes are conveniently located near various parks including Roxhill Park, AT. Milo Park, and Highland Park Playground, Westcrest Park and more! Within a short distance, there are a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. The homes also have access to multiple bus routes within a few block radius. There are numerous public, charter, and private school options nearby.

Loyal Heights – Copper Pines

Located in the Loyal Heights neighborhood of Seattle, this project will give seven families a place to live in an area with high opportunity. The land was donated by the City of Seattle as part of Mayor Durkan’s Housing Seattle Now Initiative. Through Habitat’s homeownership model, seven homes will be constructed for low-income families under 80% of the Area Median Income. These homes will meet green building criteria for sustainability and be designed and constructed to ensure healthy, low-cost maintenance homes.

Lake City Phase I – Seattle, WA

Located in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle, low-income homeowners living at Habitat 35th will enjoy a reasonable commute to many job centers, excellent schools, shops and services within walking distance, and an active and caring community. These townhomes will be eco-friendly with healthy indoor environments, built to evergreen Sustainable Development Standards. This project has been split into 2 phases. Buyers for Phase I have been selected and the families are currently working their sweat equity hours as they help build their homes. We’re currently scheduled to complete and sell the homes at the end of 2020. Lake City Phase II will be selected for early Spring of 2021.
