Habitat requires our homebuyers to finance the purchase of their home with a mortgage.

All inclusive monthly payments will be as follows:

HOA Information

These homes will be part of a Homeowners Association (HOA). A Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation that is democratically run by owners within the community.
