The city of Pacific currently has only five 3-bedroom homes for sale under $350,000; this project will add much needed affordable housing stock to the south part of King County. The homes slated will be some of the only new, permanent, single-family housing solutions suitable and affordable for low-income families.
In an area with an average home price over $600,000 and rising, these homes will ensure that low-income individuals and families continue to have a place to build lives in King County.
